General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all consultations, treatments and services offered by Cupping Bodensee – Health, Wellness & Aesthetic Institute in Konstanz on Lake Constance.

2. Scheduling an appointment

Appointments can be arranged by telephone, email or via the contact options listed on the website.

3. Appointment cancellations

Agreed appointments are binding.

Should you be unable to attend an appointment, we kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge for the resulting loss.

4. Consultation and treatment

All consultations and treatments are carried out individually and to the best of our knowledge and belief.

The success of naturopathic advice or treatment cannot be guaranteed and depends on individual factors.

5. Remuneration

The remuneration is based on the currently valid price list or the individual agreement.

Payment is made immediately after the treatment or as per a separate agreement.

6. Liability

Cupping Bodensee is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
